Senior Engineer Manager
Vince joined Neel-Schaffer in 2004 and serves as the Engineer Manager for the firm’s DeSoto County (MS) office.
Vince has over 30 years of experience, including five years with the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
His wide range of engineering experience includes the design and detailing of numerous concrete and steel bridges, and the analysis of existing bridge structures to determine load capacity. He has experience in the structural design of special bridge structures, retaining walls, riverbank stabilization, and drainage structures.
Vince has served as a consultant to many municipalities in the areas of replacement/rehabilitation of sanitary sewer collection systems and treatment; water distribution facilities; precast and prestressed bridge structures; streets and drainage; and general aviation airport extensions and rehabilitation.
