Steve joined Neel-Schaffer in 1992 and has more than 25 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Office Manager.
He serves as the Engineer Manager of the firm’s Maitland (FL) office, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, South Dakota, Colorado, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Kansas.
In addition to managing the Maitland office, Steve provides design and construction management services for a variety of projects, including environmental permitting, engineering design, and construction phase services.
These projects involved acquiring permits from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
