Stanley joined Neel-Schaffer in 2023 and serves as a Senior Client Manager in the firm’s West Point, MS, office.
Stanley has 50 years of experience, including 42 as a consulting Civil Engineer. He was a principal and the Vice President for Calvert-Spradley Engineers, Inc., when Neel-Schaffer acquired CSE on February 10, 2023.
Stanley served as General Manager for environmental projects conducted by CSE. Stanley’s experience includes project design, construction supervision, and administration in the areas of rural and municipal water supply, treatment, and distribution systems; sanitary sewer collection and treatment; residential, subdivision, multi-family housing, industrial park layout and design; land surveying and construction stakeout. Stanley has extensive experience with local, state, and federal agencies, including USDA, HUD, ARC, Corps of Engineers, EPA, MDA, and MDOT regulations and funding applications.
Stanley began his career with the Bureau of Environmental Health, Mississippi State Board of Health from 1972 to 1979.
