Shane Bergin, PE, PTOE, PTP, RSP
Transportation Engineer
Shane joined Neel-Schaffer in 2004 and has over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, traffic analysis, roadway design, utility design, and construction administration services.
His experience also includes preparation of planning studies, construction plans, and specifications and permit applications.
Shane works in the firm’s Mobile (AL) office and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. He has completed a variety of projects throughout each of those states.
Active in the Institute of Transportation Engineers, Shane is a certified Professional Transportation Planner and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Additionally, in January 2019 he became one of the first engineers in the country to receive his Roadway Safety Professional certification.
