Robert joined Neel-Schaffer in 1991 and in August of 2022 was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily operations of the firm. Previously, he served for 10 years as the firm’s Central Region Manager, overseeing 18 Mississippi offices.
Based in Neel-Schaffer’s Jackson (MS) office, Robert is an Executive Vice President who serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.
Robert has over 30 years of experience in transportation engineering, project management, and staff management, and he serves as Neel-Schaffer’s chief liaison with the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
