Senior Engineer Manager
Nick joined Neel-Schaffer in 1996 and serves as a the Engineer Manager in the firm’s Baton Rouge (LA) office.
An ITE-certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Nick manages a wide range of traffic and transportation projects. He has served as a project manager for many intersection/corridor signal timing studies and signal design projects and other traffic engineering related projects for public and private projects.
Nick is experienced with numerous traffic engineering software packages include HCS, CORSIM, SYNCHRO, Tru- Traffic (TSPPDraft), and SIDRA. He also completed the Naztec TS1/TS2 Controller 2-Day training course.
