John joined Neel-Schaffer in 2007 and has more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
John works out of the firm’s Columbus (MS) office and is experienced in the design of rural and municipal utilities, including water supply, treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, site development, and storm water collections and management systems.
