Garrett Smith
Engineer Manger
Garrett joined Neel-Schaffer in 2019 and now serves as the Engineer Manager of the firm’s McComb (MS) office.
Mr. Smith is a licensed professional engineer in Mississippi who has seven years of experience with project management, design, and construction engineering and inspection of a variety of local municipality and county projects. Typical construction projects he has managed and/or designed include water, sewer, stormwater, roadway construction, and bridge construction.
Garrett is also a qualified team leader with experience in bridge inspections.
Mr. Smith’s experience includes one year with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) and three with the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT).
Mr. Smith is proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, SiteManager,
ArcGIS, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS.
