Florida Panhandle Area Manager
Craig joined Neel-Schaffer in 2019 and now serves as Florida Panhandle Area Manager, based in the firm’s expanding Chipley (FL) Office.
As the Area Manager, Craig leads all of the firm’s operations and business development efforts in the Florida Panhandle.
Craig has nearly 20 years of experience in Transportation Engineering and inspection of Department of Transportation projects for multiple states. His areas of expertise include construction management and inspection, concrete and asphalt pavement design, roadway design, paving operations, and project management.
Craig is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and holds an extensive list of certifications from the Florida Department of Transportation, including FDOT CEI Project Administrator and FDOT CEI QC Manager. He worked for more than a decade for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet before relocating to Florida and working in the construction industry for a year before joining Neel-Schaffer.
