Alicia Rudolph, PE
Engineer Manager
Alicia joined Neel-Schaffer in 2015 and has more than 20 years of experience as a project engineer, project manager, and office manager.
She serves as the Engineer Manager of Neel-Schaffer’s Birmingham (AL) office, and also works on selected projects and with business development. In addition to Alabama, Alicia holds PE registrations in Mississippi, Florida, and Louisiana.
For her previous employer, Alicia worked on the final design of Corridor X (Interstate 22) and preliminary design for the Birmingham Northern Beltway. Additionally, she managed airfield improvement projects at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport from 2009-2015.
Alicia was named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Class of 2002 “Top 40 Under 40,” and she was named Engineer of the Year in 2007 by the Engineering Council of Birmingham.
