Neel-Schaffer provided civil site engineering design and construction phase services for the Hilton Garden Inn at Colony Crossing in the Jackson suburb of Madison.

Design plans were based on a site layout prepared by Bounds & Gillespie Architects, LLC. Neel-Schaffer provided civil engineering design to meet the requirements for site plan approval by the city of Madison and to produce the final construction documents. The construction documents included a dimensional site plan, a grading and drainage plan, a utility plan, pump station design and details, an erosion control plan, utility details, project specifications and contract documents.

Neel-Schaffer representatives attended meetings associated with the site plan review for the City of Madison.

An MDOT driveway permit for improvements made to MS Highway 463 associated with the access to the facility was included in our services.
