Mike joined Neel-Schaffer in 2024 and serves as the Tennessee Operations Manager, overseeing work produced in the firm’s Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga offices.
Based in the Nashville Office, Mike has more than 30 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Project Manager and Office Manager, focusing on the planning, design, construction and management of transportation projects.
Mike has successfully delivered many high-profile and fast-tracked projects for the Tennessee Department of Transportation and numerous other DOT, municipal, and county clients.
