Kirby Latham, PE
Engineer Manager
Kirby joined Neel-Schaffer in 2018 and now serves as Engineer Manager for the firm’s Mobile (AL) Office.
He has more than 25 years of experience as a transportation design engineer and project manager and holds PE licenses in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Mr. Latham has extensive experience in construction engineering and inspection projects for multiple clients, including the Alabama Department of Transportation.
Additionally, he has served as the Consulting City Engineer for the City of Saraland, AL, since 2005.
