“We are very excited to have Charles join Neel-Schaffer,” said Keith O’Keefe, PE, a Senior Vice President who manages Neel-Schaffer’s Central Mississippi operation. “Charles brings over three decades of experience in storm water management, water and wastewater, and site design. He will be a key addition and support our efforts throughout the nine states in which we currently offer our services.”
Curcio will work closely with Mike Phillips, PE, CFM, who oversees the many water resources services Neel-Schaffer provides to clients across the Southeast.
“Charles will bring a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background in the field of water resources engineering to the firm,” said Phillips. “He will provide a center of expertise in the Ridgeland office, as well as for the entire company, in the areas of hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, roadway drainage design, bridge hydraulic and scour studies, dam analysis/inspection capabilities, FEMA coordination, and site design. He will be able to serve as a technical resource for younger engineers to help the company grow in these important discipline areas.”
