Neel-Schaffer provided structural design services for The Oasis at the Wharf, a recreational development at Orange Beach.

Design services included structural analysis, design, and preparation of construction documents for a heavy timber Cabana/Tiki Bar, a wooden pedestrian bridge spanning the pool, a restroom building, and a 3,000-square-foot pool equipment building.
