DTURRP: Rebuilding downtown Tuscaloosa from the ground up
Neel-Schaffer provided engineering services for this $6.7 million phase of the Downtown Tuscaloosa Urban Renewal and Redevelopment Project, which included underground infrastructure improvements and streetscaping for a two-block area.
Neel-Schaffer provided engineering design services for the replacement of the existing storm drainage system, including a new 8-foot-by-6-foot box culvert, replacement of existing water and sewer mains, overhead utility relocation, and streetscaping.
