CP Nawal brings broad experience to role as Municipal Infrastructure Lead for Neel-Schaffer

Dallas, Tex. (August 28, 2024) –Neel-Schaffer is excited to announce that CP Nawal, PE, has joined the firm, bringing 20 years of extensive experience in municipal engineering design, management, and business development.

Filling the newly created role of Municipal Infrastructure Lead – Texas, CP is based in Neel-Schaffer’s Dallas Office and provides business development and project management services, focusing on municipal clients throughout the Metroplex.

This strategic hire strengthens Neel-Schaffer’s ability to retain and attract new clients in the fast-growing Metroplex municipal markets. CP also has experience working with regional utility authorities and water districts that provide water and wastewater services to many of the cities and towns that comprise the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

CP is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering from Sardar Patel University in India.
